Terms & Conditions – English

These general terms apply to all bookings and photography services provided by Kassandra Tuba, professional photographer. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking & Deposit

All bookings are made in writing (via email, contact form, or message). A non-refundable deposit (typically 30%) is required to confirm the date. The balance is due on or before the session or wedding day, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Pricing

All prices are in euros (€), tax included (VAT not applicable under Article 293B of the French CGI). Prices are subject to change, but the rate agreed upon at the time of booking will be honored.

3. Image Delivery

Edited photos are delivered through a secure online gallery within a timeframe specified during the booking process (typically 2 to 6 weeks depending on the session type). RAW or unedited files will not be provided.

4. Image Use & Copyright

Clients grant permission for selected images to be used by the photographer for promotional purposes (website, social media, portfolio), unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Copyright remains with the photographer.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

In case of cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling is possible depending on availability. If the photographer is forced to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), a full refund or substitute photographer will be offered.

6. Liability & Force Majeure

The photographer cannot be held liable for situations beyond her control (e.g., weather conditions, late arrival of clients, technical issues). Every effort will be made to find the best possible solution in the event of unexpected issues.
