These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Kassandra Tuba, professional photographer registered as a sole proprietor in Lille, France.
Booking any service implies full acceptance of these terms.

1. Booking & Deposit

All photo sessions or wedding bookings must be confirmed in writing (by email, contact form, or message).
To secure a date, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required. The booking is confirmed only upon receipt of this deposit and written confirmation (signed quote or email agreement).

The remaining balance must be paid no later than the day of the session or wedding, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

2. Pricing

All prices are in euros (€), VAT not applicable (Article 293B of the French General Tax Code).

Prices may be updated at any time, but the rate agreed at the time of booking will always be honored.

3. Delivery

Photos are delivered via a private online gallery, typically within 2 to 6 weeks depending on the type of session.
No RAW or unedited files will be provided.
The final selection and editing of images are made at the artistic discretion of the photographer.

4. Image Rights & Usage

You retain full rights to your image and may request that no photos be shared publicly, simply by sending a written message.

Unless otherwise requested, the photographer may use selected images for promotional purposes (website, social media, portfolio, or publication).

Delivered photos are for personal use only (printing, sharing with family and friends).
Any commercial use or media publication requires written permission from the photographer.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

If the client cancels:

• The deposit remains non-refundable.
• No refunds will be given unless in cases of documented force majeure.

If a session or wedding must be rescheduled, the photographer will offer a new date based on availability.

If the photographer is unable to attend due to illness, accident, or force majeure, a suitable solution will be proposed (full refund or replacement with another professional photographer, if available).

6. Technical Issues & Liability

Every effort is made to safeguard your photos and files.
However, the photographer cannot be held responsible for technical issues beyond her control (hardware failure, card corruption, etc.).
In such cases, compensation is limited to a full refund of the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute not resolved amicably will be submitted to the courts of Lille, France.
